Hi! I'm running Mint 17 Cinnamon (64-bit), and since I'm intrigued by Deepin, I was wondering if Cinnamon could copy one feature I found interesting: Opening the menu by means of a screen corner action. I know, what's one measly click more or less, but I might do away with the panel if it works.
To simulate that behavior, I assume I'd have to name a command to be activated when moving the mouse to the corner. In XFCE, it would be mintmenu, but is there a cinnamon equivalent?

Re: Terminal command to open menu
If I did not misunderstood your request:
Right click the menu and activate the last option (open menu by hovering).

AW: Terminal command to open menu
Ah, interesting! I didn't know that was possible... it should achieve the same effect. I was thinking to have an "active corner" with the command for the menu. I'll try your idea, thanks.
