Hi All
I have linux mint 17.1 (fully updated) installed on an Asus laptop with a touchpad, with both two finger tap (emulating right click) and three finger tap emulating middle click enabled in settings. The three finger tap works fine (mostly at least - very rarely requires a couple of attempts), however two finger tap almost never works (but does on very rare occasions). I have tried installing various kernels including 3.13.0-37, 3.13.0-43 and 3.16.0-28 but the behaviour is the same across all.
Single click works as expected as does two finger scroll (vertical and horizontal), anyone have any ideas about what to check, change etc to get this working reliably.
Tapping does not seem to result in any logging being made.

Hi.
I have Asus UX305FA and Mint 17.2. Touchpad is ETPS/2 Elantech.
Same problem but if I disable two finger scrolling two finger tap starts working. Any help?
