I love switching to other workspaces, having windows separated from each other, moving to a new workspace and open a file/folder from the desktop.
But today, when switching to the second workspace, the desktop icons (however not the desklets) moved to the left as well. First, I though "oh cool, more space for my desktop icons!", but then I found out, that the whole desktop manager moved completely away. I can check that by right-clicking on the desktop - it's not there. it keeps on my first workspace. how can I fix it?
Switching workspace -> desktop manager also moving!

For a temporary "fix" you could try to refresh Cinnamon.

After relogin, it was back to normal. I wonder why it happened at all?austin.texas wrote:For a temporary "fix" you could try to refresh Cinnamon.
