How to disable Ctrl-Alt-Esc?

Post by yugiohfan2012 »

I'm running Cinnamon, and a task I'm trying to perform requires that I press Ctrl-Alt-Esc in a program (e.g. GSport interprets Ctrl-Alt-Esc as Ctrl-Apple-Esc to get to the native text-based Control Panel of the emulated Apple IIGS). But when I press Ctrl-Alt-Esc, instead of the program doing what I expect it to do, Cinnamon intercepts the key combination. The panel and my window borders disappear for about a second and then come back. What's going on here, and can I disable this Ctrl-Alt-Esc behavior in Cinnamon?

Seems that some alias for esc and command exist, could they be used instead of
  • Apple IIgs Control Panel
You can get to the Apple IIgs control panel (unless some application has locked it out) using
    Ctrl-Command-Esc.
