Menu>System Settings>Applets is blank
Just installed Mint 16 Cinnamon. The Menu>System Settings>Applets window is blank. Even the "All Settings" button is gone. Only the "Close" button is available. Same issue for Desklets.

Re: Menu>System Settings>Applets is blank
Have you installed all available updates from Update Manager?
Re: Menu>System Settings>Applets is blank
Yes. It indicates that my "system is up to date".
Re: Menu>System Settings>Applets is blank
I'd reset Cinnamon settings. You can do so from one of the icons in the status area in your panel. under troubleshooting IIRC.

Restore all settings to default did not fix issue. Ended up reinstalling. Wasn't much effort since it was mostly fresh anyway. Works ok now.
