Skip titlebar on particular app.

Post by bartszu »

Yo !! Question ;) Can I skip titlebar of particular app, lets say VLC in Mate GUI ? I am looking for similar feature to KDE, I mean I dont need titlebar on certain apps like Spotify, VLC, etc. I don`t wanna turn off titlebar globaly. Is this possible ?

F11 after starting VLC?

or

Code: Select all

vlc --global-key-zoom zoom
works here on vlc 2.4.1 Rincewind.

You said "globally". What ^ said.
But thread title says "Skip titlebar on particular app."
One or more of us is confused. ;)

Ok I will make it more clear. There is app, anything, I dont know, for example: Calc, VLC, Pluma. I dont want titlebar to be presented on this app, lets say Pluma. I want Pluma without titlebar. Is this possible with Gnome/Mate or I can do it only in KDE, XFCE ???
