I have installed 16 kde
changed locale to uk BUT it has made no changes to the menus ( color rather than colour etc.)
also I need to install an xp theme so that people I am installing this for feel more comfortable to start with
there don't seem to be any in the online themes
any suggestions would help

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/themes
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install win-xp-theme
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/themes
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install win-xp-theme
