I have a Logitech C270 webcam. It is capable of 720p @ 30 fps. In Guvcview I can select framerates from 5 up to 30 fps. But in OBS Studio and Webcamoid I can only select 7.5 or 5 fps. Where I live Caiway is using the Delta fiber network. The seem to be issuing IP addresses that in some (not all) geo location services are listed as being in the USA instead of the Netherlands. So far I have no idea how this can be solved. Delta said they could not help me.

I am not using a VPN, and three "what is my ip" sites are correctly showing that I am in the Netherlands, which is in Europe. Yet Dutch and other European mirrors are not shown, only American.

After upgrading to 20.3 una, packages sources were reset to default. When I try to select another mirror, only mirrors in North and South America are shown, both for Main (una) and for Base (focal).
Where are the European mirrors?
