I installed kernel 5.17 because of an issue with the graphic driver. The recommended action at the time was to update the kernel.

My system is up to date with LM 20.1 and Cinnamon 64bit. After upgrading to 20.1 from 20, the Panel (Taskbar) Auto-Hide stopped working and the bar is always up. Regardless of the 3 settings, it always shows the panel.

What is the difference between Mint 13 and Mint 14/15?

I am able to boot my HP nc6400 to 13 with no problems but on 14 or 15 it hangs in the middle of the boot process; and it does not matter what the flavor or 32/64 bit is.

As per the article, I tried to instal using the compatibility mode but it still hangs in the same spot...

I find it odd that I am not able to install LM14 in any flavor, they all hang at the same point...

I have a similar issue. The wireless worked perfectly and then when I turned it off, I am now unable to turn it back on. The slider to turn it on in Networking doesn't stay on! I turned it off via the hardware wireless switch and back on again but still cannot enable it in LM14.
