The only panel i have found that has somewhat increased fonts is in the cinnamon-gnome theme.

I 've found some sort of workaround:
In startup-applications i created :"Login-sound",
with the command: play /usr/share/sounds/linuxmint-login.wav
This gives me back my startup-sound.

All i ask: is it possible tot add an shutdownbutton to te mgse-menu.

In ubuntu it IS possible to add a shutdownbutton to the unity launchers, so why not in Mint?

Is there a way to add a shutdown (and possibly a restart) button in the Mgse menu?

I found another solutions in a (ubuntu) forum:

I copied the ogg files in /usr/share/sounds/LinuxMint/stereo to /usr/share/sounds.
I restarted en there was my loginsound !
( I don't know why).

After 10 minutes of inactivity my screen .still blanks, en i have to give my password.
This is very annoying.
I tried all settings in dconf-tools, even with active=off.
Can someone help me?

Ican see in synaptic that all those packages are installend, with version nr. 0.28-0ubuntu11.
