I tried both. Update Manager set to 1-3.

I have been able to install Fedora 24/64 Cinnamon without a hiccup - see above.
Is it feasible that this LM18/64 Cinnamon file (cinnamon-common_3.0.7+sarah_all.deb) is the only one I am forbidden to download by my ISP?

urd_1.13.0-1_all.deb is 2.3 MB (2,313,438 bytes)
urd-1.13.0.tar.gz is 3.1 MB (3,087,797 bytes)

Both downloaded quickly and with no problems they otherwise seem complete as I can check their contents with Archive Manager.
No error message showed.
